- Telecom Optimization Planning for Savings (TOPS) - This strategic plan development service assists the Client in incorporating IT/Telecom cost management projects into a comprehensive action plan to maximize telecom cost management results and support achievement of company business goals and objectives.
- Optimization and Assessment of Existing/Proposed TEM Resources - Maximize benefit from existing TEM resources through assessment of current analysis tools, generated data, and reports to idenitfy process improvement opportunities. By making adjustments in current data handling and reporting, Telytics can help provide context based answers to the cost management questions that really need to be answered to ensure the best results. This service can also address a readiness assessment for TEM process deployment and the assessment, procurement, and/or optimization of third party solutions.
- Audit Plan Development - Telytics can develop a custom audit plan to significantly reduce the time and resources to effectively conduct invoice and contract compliance audits to ensure the Client is being properly billed for its telecom related services.

Telecom Contract Analysis and Management
- Contract Assessments - This contract review and high level benchmarking service provides a summary analysis of identified areas within the Client's existing telecom services contract's rates and terms and conditions that are in need of improvement and optimization.
- Benchmarking Analysis - This service provides detailed analysis of existing cost factors, rates, and contract terms and conditions relative to either existing contracts in place with the client in preparation for conducting a Request for Proposal (RFP) process or negotiation with their incumbent vendor, or may involve a detailed assessment of these same items relative to new vendor proposals being offered to client for review and evaluation.
- Negotiation Support - This service provides either direct or indirect support of the client's negotiation process with their vendors. Telytics can either act as a coach or can play a direct interface role with the vendor to assist the client in achieving their new telecom contract objectives.
- RFP Process Management - This is a turn key service where project management of the entire telecom contract negotiation process is outsourced to Telytics. This service includes upfront current traffic analysis, development of custom strategies to meet the individual client's goals and objectives, development of the the custom RFP document, analysis of vendors' responses, conduct of the negotiation process with the vendors, and working with the client's project team and legal team to craft the final new contract agreement. While Telytics plays the primary negotiator role, the client is invited to directly participate in the process where they desire to and when it is most advantageous and appropriate, to add leverage to the final negotiation effort.
- Contract Management and Administration - This retainer based service provides ongoing contract management to ensure proper implementation and verification of new rates, and provides ongoing administration activities to ensure contract milestones, credits, discount tiers, commitment level attainment, notification deadlines, etc. are tracked to ensure maximum benefit is derived from the negotiated contract.
- Educational Workshops - These highly informative interactive workshops are designed to help clients better understand the contract negotiation process and to provide techniques and strategies to assist those conducting the negotiation process on their own.
